Cupping

Cupping is also a Hijama treatment that has been used since ancient times rather than a medicine where the healer puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create a sucking effect. People get it for a variety of purposes, including relief from pain, inflammation, bleeding, rest and well-being, and as a way to massage deep tissues.

How cups can be made:

  1. The glass
  2. The beginning
  3. The clay
  4. Silicone

Hijama therapy may be popular now, but it’s not new. It goes back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures.

Kinds:

  1. Dry Cupping
  2. Wet Cupping

The healer puts a burning object such as alcohol, herbs, or paper in a cup and burns it with fire. As the fire goes out, they put the cup down on your skin.

As the air inside the cups cools, it creates space. This causes your skin to become swollen and red as your blood vessels grow. The cup should be left in place for three minutes.

Modern cupping uses a rubber pump instead of a fire to create a vacuum inside the cup. Sometimes therapists use silicone cups, which they can move from one place to another on your skin for the same effect as a massage.

Wet cupping creates less absorption by leaving a cup in place for about three minutes. The technician removes the cup and uses a small scarf to make small, small cuts on your skin. Next, they create suction for a second time to extract a small amount of blood.

You can get 3-5 cups in your first session. Or you could just try one and see how it goes. It is rare to win more than 5-7 trophies, says the British Cupping Society.

After that, you can get an antiseptic and a bandage to prevent infection. Your skin should look normal again within ten days.

Proponents of Cupping therapy believe that drinking alcohol removes harmful substances and toxins from the body to promote treatment. But that is not proved.

Some people also experience “needle cupping,” in which the therapist first inserts the ointment needles and places cups on top of them.

Yes, high blood pressure, stroke, and Heart Attack can be prevented and cured (if not too late) with Cupping Therapy. Hijama removes toxins and germs from your body by removing dirty and heavy blood (which contains cholesterol, germs, etc.) from your body. The blood that comes out of your body in Hijama is dirty, thick, and black. If you want to have a Hijama you should visit the Islamabad Hijama Center.

If impure blood is removed from your body, it can clog your arteries and cause high blood pressure and heart disease. After 4-6 times of Hijama (once a week), usually, a patient with a stroke will recover. Hijama is a unique, safe, and effective medicine for treating many ailments by purifying the blood and promoting blood circulation.

All the major fatal diseases like heart disease, heart failure, stroke, cancer are directly linked to improper blood circulation. There is no chronic, incurable, or curable disease that cleanses the blood and improves blood circulation. Researchers suggest that the first action of a therapeutic cup is to increase blood circulation and to remove toxins and wastes from the body.

Hijama can be an effective way to reduce low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in men and as a result, prevent atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease (CVDs) of stroke for less than 1-2 months. the long side is usually done with a regular Hijama, due to the long-term effects of the side.

Recently, a study looking at people who ate 43 gm. daily walnuts get reduced nuts in total and LDL cholesterol levels.
